Hot Rod & Street Machine Spectacular, West. Australia

The 23rd West Australian Hot Rod and Street Machine Spectacular is one of the premier kustom events held at the Claremont Showgrounds.

This year saw the introduction of ‘Koolsville’ which revolved around kustom kulture showcasing local artist. There was also an increase in custom bikes which we are huge fans and a section for customised pedal cars and tri-cycles proudly sponsored by House of Kolor.

Prolific custom builder Ben Foster(& crew) knocked it out of the park yet again with ‘The Zeitgeist Killer’, a hand built and customised WLA Harley trike dripping in candy paint. The concept, finish and detailing was exquisite and the judges agreed with the silverware it took home. This will be Ben’s last build for awhile…until next year;)

Kengo Kimura from Heiwa, Japan brought over 3 superb rides and the design, build quality and the attention to detail of the builds are second to none and simply awe inspiring.

Last but not Leist….Clayton & Jordan Leist stood strong side by side with Jordan’s amazing automotive photography and Claytons ‘Leist Cycles’, a high level restoration and sales of uber rare bicycles from 60’ and 70’s restored to perfection.

There was such a nice mix of styles and era’s and although the weather was a little cold and damp this year, it was still a great way to spend the w’end.

Oh, and it’s always nice to bump into Stormie!

Classic Cars & Coffee, Western Australia Pt01

With the cooler autumn weather upon us we couldn’t miss the opportunity to pop in to Classic Cars & Coffee this morning in Nedlands, WA.

The perfect weather brought out a sublime variety of vintage cars and a few modern supercars as well.

Such was the numbers in attendance that we missed seeing all the vehicles this time so on the next one it will be to get out of bed earlier and shoot more!

Thank you once again to the organisers who continue to bring this to us for all to enjoy.

MADE

The only Stance show in the UAE attracted cars from across the GCC. Special guests Jay from Players in England and Adam and James from ILB Drivers Club in Northern Ireland made the trip over for the show.

A cool collection of European cars turned out including an E46 M3.  One of the local builds that made its presence felt was the custom painted and slammed Caddy, an angry Dodge Viper and Sam's 370Z looking great in fresh paint.

Thanks to MADE and Carculture.ae for supporting our ØG corner and a special mention should go to the Vossen Slammed Shopping Trolley.

Øutlaw Garage along with Tom have some big plans at next years show so be prepared!

Veloce life, Dubai

Firstly, wow.. what a venue! The amazing light with an array of stunning automobiles parked across the fairways and greens of the Els Golf Club.

We arrived early to grab some lunch and watch the setup of the show. It was so nice to sit back enjoying things rather than running around frantically preparing for a show.

Lamborghini were sponsoring the event and it was clear that a few special ones had been secured in support including the Anniversary models of the Murcielago and Countach. Cars that are definitely on our dream garage list.

A Ford model T appeared on the green which we haven’t seen before here in Dubai contrasted by a Renault mid-engine V6.

The aircooled contingent had a great showing with an Outlaw 356C and a couple of aircooled Porsche Turbos.

No pets were allowed at the show so Giggy couldn’t make an appearance. Max however, had his goat with him (yep, a goat). Its amazing how much can come out of a small goat…

Thanks to Julian and the guys from Carculture.ae for the entertaining chat and laughs during the day. If you follow our random Insta Stories, we hoped you liked our sand angel…still finding sand everywhere.

Great venue and great people, well done to everyone involved, we had a great day.
