We got the opportunity to take a peak at some amazing supercars at a members only event held at the Losail International Circuit, Qatar. The cars were being specifically tuned for racing and teams were keeping their cards close to their chests with regard to what changes were being made to give them an advantage on the track.
We recently had the opportunity to go to the Abu Dhabi F1.
The Championship had already been decided but this was the last race of the season with pride and reputations at stake. We were seated at the North end of the circuit on the exit of the hairpin, what a view and location.
The race finished with a Mercedes 1 & 2 and Rosberg taking the win (Aussie Daniel Ricciardo finished strong in 6th).
A really well organised and coordinated event a true spectacle. Thanks to the racers for putting on a real show!
The annual Hot Rod Show and Open Day in Perth was held again on Sunday 29th November 2015 and is definitely one not to be missed if you're a staunch grease monkey. With over 700+ cars and bikes gracing the streets it was a visual overload on a beautiful sunny sunday morning.
